All candles are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your item before shipping.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (optional): 2–3 business days
Shipping Rates (U.S.):
- Orders $36.00 or less: Flat rate of $9.00
- Orders over $36.00: Shipping is 25% of the total order value
Sales Tax:
A 12% sales tax applies to all U.S. orders and is calculated at checkout.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

1. When will my order ship?
All our candles are handmade to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, then shipped based on the selected shipping method.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
4. What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us at Help@handmadecandles.online as soon as possible. We’ll help resolve any issues and make sure you receive your candles.
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away. We’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.
