1. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Help@handmadecandles.online with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please contact us for a return and place a new order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on used candles or custom/personalized items unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
